Article 681 Extension of the period of stay due to a short period of work of a foreigner in Estonia
(1) If an alien applies for an extension of the period of stay determined by a visa on the basis of subsection 67 (41) of this Act, his short-term employment in Estonia must be registered in advance with the Police and Border Guard Board
(2) If the period of stay of an alien is extended on the basis of subsection 67 (41) of this Act, it is also possible to extend the period of stay determined by a long-term visa for the spouse of an alien, a minor and an adult child who, due to health reasons or due to an injury, are unable to cope independently with daily life, under the same conditions as in relation to the said foreigner.
