Article 72. Termination of the validity of a single entry visa

(2) The validity of a single long-term visa is terminated:

1) upon expiration of the visa;

2) at the end of the period of stay, if the visa does not expire earlier;

3) if the alien leaves Estonia;

4) in case of cancellation of the visa;

5) if the visa is declared invalid;

6) if a residence permit is granted by a competent Estonian institution. [RT I, 03.01.2017, 2 - entry into force 17.01.2017]
